We pay the bonus to employees' efforts according to the company profits and individual performance. Basically, the bonus will be paid 2 times per year.
To promote the morale and motivation of employees, We provide a diligence allowance to the role model employee who comes to work regularly without being absent from work, except only on regular annual leave.
